All Purchases and Subscriptions Are Final and Non-Refundable

All purchases and subscriptions to our Services are final and non-refundable. This is because we provide a complimentary 30-day free trial period that allows you to thoroughly evaluate our Service before any charges are applied. By initiating a paid subscription after the trial period, you acknowledge that you have had adequate opportunity to assess whether our Service meets your needs, and you accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.

1. Free Trial and No Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day free trial of our Services at no cost or obligation. During this trial period, you have full access to all features and functionality of our platform, allowing you to comprehensively evaluate whether our Service is suitable for your business needs before making any financial commitment.

By converting from a free trial to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • You have had a full 30-day period to evaluate our Service
  • You understand the features, functionality, and limitations of our platform
  • Your paid subscription is a deliberate, informed decision made after adequate evaluation
  • All payments for your subscription are final and non-refundable

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Service after the trial period
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate charges (which should be reported immediately to our support team)
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Early termination of subscriptions before the end of a billing period
  • Fees paid for any portion of a billing cycle
  • Lack of usage or account inactivity
  • Discovery of features or functionality you expected but were available during the trial period

2. Subscription Auto-Renewal Terms

All subscriptions will automatically renew for successive billing periods (each month or year, as applicable). You will be billed on or about the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the previous billing period, unless notice of cancellation is submitted by you no less than three (3) business days prior to the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing, you can easily manage your subscription through your Customer Portal:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Open Settings from the left sidebar menu (located at the bottom)
  3. Click on Manage Subscription
  4. You will be redirected to the Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription

Alternatively, you may submit a cancellation request by contacting our support team via email with your account details.

Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests received after the three (3) business day deadline will not prevent billing for the upcoming renewal period. Amounts already charged are final and non-refundable.

4. No Refund on Cancellation

Cancellation of your subscription does not entitle you to any refund of fees previously paid. You may continue to access the Services through the end of the current billing period for which payment has been received, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of any billing period.

Once you cancel your subscription:

  • You retain access until the end of the paid billing period
  • Your account will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining time in your current billing cycle

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or file a chargeback with your credit card company or financial institution, your account may be suspended or terminated immediately. Chargebacks will be contested, and associated legal and administrative fees may be charged to your account.

Warning: Initiating a chargeback instead of following our cancellation process may result in permanent account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

6. Limitation of Liability

BY AGREEING TO THIS REFUND POLICY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
  • YOU HAVE HAD A FULL 30-DAY FREE TRIAL TO EVALUATE THE SERVICE
  • YOUR DECISION TO CONVERT TO A PAID SUBSCRIPTION IS MADE WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THIS NO-REFUND POLICY
  • YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A REFUND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you:

  • Used the service during the billing period
  • Experienced technical difficulties
  • Are dissatisfied with the service features or performance
  • Changed your business needs or strategy
  • Discovered features or functionality during your paid subscription that were available during the trial

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
